LUTON TOWN will make an announcement about a new stadium next week and it looks certain to concern the purchase of land off junction 10 of the M1.
Hatters director John Mitchell, head of the club s relocation project, has said it is time for actions and not words.
Mitchell, pictured, and previous board members have suggested "imminent" news on relocation in the past but, this time, fellow director Yvonne Fletcher has said there will be no more broken promises.
Ex-Fulham striker Mitchell said: "It is about time people stopped talking about what they are going to do and started doing it.
"Talk is cheap but I can say categorically that we will have some news by the first week in February.
"I think fans will be comforted by what s going to come out"
